We had our hot tub installed a year ago and the staff and service at Northstar have exceeded expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

The minute I talked to someone on the phone, to sales and installation I was 100% pleased. The sales team was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right pellet stove for my needs. I can’t say enough about the 2 men who removed the old wood stove and installed my new pellet stove. They were professional, kind and answered my 1000000 questions! So long dirty, dusty and bug filled wood!!!! 🤣

I was calling around to fireplace companies to ask a routine question and happened to luck on speaking with Dave and Holly. They went above and beyond for me and I wasn’t even a customer! Well, now I am! Went back to them a few weeks later when I was hot tub shopping and can’t be happier with the result!

Holly and crew were great. Came out to measure had some things to fix before install, lucky for me I had them onsite before install.. They worked hard to make the larger unit fit. It’s amazing. I’d recommend them and will continue to use them.
